It's best to perform a fresh installation and transfer your files yourself. For copying the system, consider using software such as Acronis True Image.

Based on the SSD model, you should have received something. PNY offers or Acronis provides theirs. It's a solid cloning tool. I also really like fresh installations when setting up new hardware like this.
