Motherboard: ASUS Z170 Deluxe
Right now all fans are connected to hubs, which then link into the motherboard's fan headers. The speed readings from these headers are inconsistent, ranging from 870 RPM or not at all. The fans are working but don't respond well to ASUS's header signals.
What I Need:
I want to use the Q-Fan controls on the ASUS Z170 Deluxe but need a method to get accurate speed data. I have 24 fans total—20 Rad Fans and 4 case fans.

Please note I own 24 fans (20 Rad Fans plus 4 Case Fans).
WHY?!?
This seems like you're attempting to address your need for more fans.
A friend in IT uses just one fan inside his entire case—a basic box fan. He leaves the side of the case open and lets the fan blow through it.
In short, big fans move more air and operate more quietly than 20 small ones.
You might try four of these, but it's unclear how that would affect RPM readings on the motherboard.

The answer is to purchase the NZXT Grid +v2, which functions excellently and the software is outstanding!
