I just installed Office on Windows. I haven’t tried LibreOffice yet, but I believe there are mirrored versions that let you save as Word documents or Excel spreadsheets.

It stores the outcomes in a standard text file. You can later transfer these into a spreadsheet. Microsoft offers Office 365 subscriptions to some buyers of prebuilt machines, but I haven’t heard of anyone receiving a complete Office license with Windows. This provides excellent value when paired with a PC.

You can adjust colors on the bars by using formatting options within LibreOffice. To change the background color, select the desired area and choose from the color picker or use the background toolbar.
