I recently set up Pop-OS on my PC and attempted to install Wine, but it kept rejecting the installation through the Pop Shop. The command line method also failed. Synaptic worked once, though Windows apps didn't function afterward. I ran the winecfg command, which displayed the app, but nothing else worked. I'm struggling to get it set up properly and need your assistance.

I don't have access to your current session or installed applications. Please let me know which Windows app you're trying to use, and I can help with information about it.

The system shows it can't find wine32. You need to install it. Once that's done, the winecfg interface will work properly.

I own a vintage laptop. I attempted to play retro titles such as Cod, GTA SA & 3, Counter-Strike, but it slows down on Windows 10 because of unnecessary updates. After that, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audacity work fine.

It seems you're suggesting checking your software in Wines AppDB.
