You can create a bootable USB that runs Windows without needing a traditional installation tool. Use a tool like Rufus or Windows USB Creation Tool to format the USB with Windows OS, then copy it to your device. This way, when you plug it in, Windows will boot directly from the USB.

I haven't used that tool before. I usually rely on Rufus for this task. It seems to be functioning well so far.
