I need to set up kdenlive on my Ubuntu system. I've encountered issues with a 404 and 403 errors when trying to install it, and the software isn't showing up. I'm looking for guidance on how to proceed.

The system details are: Ubuntu GNOME 16.04.2 LTS 64-bit. Other packages are installing correctly. Blender was installed successfully via sudo, but you're seeking Kdenlive instead. The output of `cat /etc/apt/sources.list` would list the available sources for package installation.

It appears the packages can't be resolved on the HK mirror. Modify the sources.list file and update the specified deb package. Then execute apt-get update followed by apt-get upgrade.
