I checked the Bios and user manual, but I still can't get a clear understanding. Could you check if the manual is in the correct format? The BIOS seems to be from the late 1990s.

That's really odd... I found this link to a ROG-GL752VW notebook.

Almost all stores selling this lap mention 2.6 GHz (Turbo up to 3.5 GHz) like Amazon.

I received this response from a store, but it still doesn’t feel right. When I open Task Manager (Windows 10), the maximum CPU speed shown is 2.59 GHz. The clock speed is managed by Turbo Boost, which is a built-in feature of certain Intel Core processors and cannot be manually adjusted. It activates automatically when additional power is required, based on factors like processor temperature, AC power connection, and overall system load. For more details about this function and the processor, you can visit: http://ark.intel.com/sv/products/88967/I...o-3_50-GHz and http://www.intel.se/content/www/se/sv/ar...ology.html

Intel turbo Boost will increase all cores to 3.1ghz. According to my understanding, just one core may reach up to 3.5ghz. When stress testing your CPU, it tends to lower the speed to about 2.7ghz because of thermal throttling. Most laptops struggle to maintain maximum turbo speed during heavy loads due to heat management. The positive side is that most games won’t force the CPU to operate at full capacity, and no app has ever reached 100% utilization (the highest reported is around 45% in World of Warships). Although the Task Manager shows a maximum of 2.59ghz, running moderate or demanding applications usually results in around 3.1Ghz—see Intel Turbo Boost 2.0 details for your CPU model.
