motherboard - MSI Z170A Gaming Pro
cpu - i7 - 6700k
ram - Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x 8GB DDR4 2666Mhz + Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3000Mhz
Hello everyone, I recently purchased an additional 2x8GB 3000Mhz RAM.
I’m planning to overclock my memory using these two different speeds (2666 / 3000).
Could you share any advice on achieving a balanced and stable overclocked performance?
What methods exist to adjust the timing for this setup?
I’m feeling quite desperate now, as it’s currently stuck at the default 2133Mhz.
Thank you!

Place faster RAM in primary slots and slower ones in secondary. Reset CMOS and with a bit of luck it should detect it after applying XMP, and operate at the higher RAM speed.
