You need to identify where your system slows down. After setting up MSI Afterburner (as recommended earlier), observe the GPU activity while playing a game. If the GPU load exceeds 95%, increase its speed. If it stays below 95%, then boost the CPU more. You might begin by overclocking the CPU, though this can differ depending on the game. When GPU usage doesn’t surpass 95%, it suggests the CPU is limiting performance, so overclocking the CPU would be beneficial. If usage reaches 95-100%, then focus on overclocking the GPU as it becomes the constraint.

It varies by game. Check CPU core usage and total GPU usage to identify what's causing the slowdown. Keep in mind that looking at each core separately matters—total CPU usage doesn't tell the whole story. A tool like MSI Afterburner can help with this.

MSI Afterburner

increase the frequency slightly, reduce memory usage until the screen appears correct, then lower it back a few MHz.

25 fps is not good enough, you should aim for around 50 for better gameplay. You definitely need to overclock. First, identify what's causing bottlenecks in your game. It might be both the CPU and GPU. Use a tool like hWD info to check which components are hitting 100% usage (CPU or GPU). Also, note your current resolution settings.

somesh101 :
25 fps is crap you need about 50 for good game play.
you do need to overclock.
1st: Check what is bottelnecking your game. (probbaly it's both)
there is tool called hWD info to monitor those. see what hits' 100% (cpu or gpu)
And at what resolution your playing ?
1920x1080

As I mentioned before, locate the bottleneck and resolve it. You should be able to achieve around 45 or more.
