How to fix home WiFi router

I have a D-Link DIR-816 dual channel router at home. My mom accidentally removed its power source. After reconnecting it, it was getting signal from the WAN port but not broadcasting 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi. The channel indicators were off, only power and WAN LEDs remained active. I couldn't establish any Ethernet connection either. Any solutions? Edit: I didn't mention that I attempted a simple restart and a factory reset didn't help. Updated April 9, 2020 by alwinaind

I also pressed it for about 15 to 20 seconds.

I allowed the router to run for a while and it’s functioning now.
