( even if you restart the app after placing the pin once, you won't have to re-enter it and it will continue running with admin access)

I've attempted it before and no changes occurred once the credentials were input. Did it function for others?

I added the command to the new shortcut using the PC name, admin username, and application path. After clicking it, I was prompted to enter the admin code, which I did. However, the command prompt closed without any visible changes. Please let me know if this isn't what you intended.

You can substitute the middle part of your computername and username with asterisks. So ComputerName*Username would result in C***e\U***e. If you're using a Microsoft account, then you don't specify computername, you just provide your ms account name only — like [email protected]. BTW — there is no private information in your Computername. Also, no private details in your username unless you're using an MS account.
