I noticed it earlier, but I wasn’t sure if that was correct. It seems the feature shouldn’t be complicated—just click the enable button and set the speed to 5 Mbps per user.

The setup was quite challenging on my Dlink DIR835, mainly because it varied a lot depending on the router's maker and their implementation.

Reviewed the quick start guide and an online manual; QoS wasn't referenced at all. It's likely your router lacks this support. To enable it, consider using another router in front of this one or a managed Layer 3 switch.
