Microsoft claims I have internet trojans but requests payment for a firewall and removal, which doesn’t seem right. Need assistance with removing the Win 11 ZANG AV Trojan from services. Tried CMD SC Delete and Regedit edits, but not working.

Reformat or reinstall from the beginning. Avoid those unreliable sites and refrain from downloading programs from questionable origins. As mentioned before, Microsoft doesn’t do that either. This was the scammer’s attempt to trick you into losing your money.

Based on that, he would face severe consequences.
Contact the number to remove this issue.
The representative is authorized to access your system to eliminate it.
Make the payment of $398.
Next, he collects all passwords and sensitive data from your system.
Then, he installs malware or a trojan.

The ZANG trojan has been around for 15 years and can be easily neutralized using Windows Defender.

You might also consider using the Malwarebytes app, which is quite effective in handling such situations.
