I'm working on setting up a PC and was looking for RAM options. I picked the GSKILL Trident Z Neo Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3600MHz Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC. Currently, x16 DDR4 models don't reach high speeds with tight timings, which means the 3600 CL16 is unaffected by those constraints.

They don’t produce an x16 DDR4 that matches the speed and timing this kit supports. In addition, x4 is intended for servers only. As a result, it can only be x8 DDR4, which is the model you should purchase.
