I own a B350F motherboard, a Hyper H410 processor, and I’m currently pushing overclocks at 4GHZ with a voltage of 1.375. My average idle temperature is around 35 degrees. I’m asking whether this setup is safe in the long term and if I could try even higher speeds. I ran a Cinebench test and it stayed under 70 with an average of about 67°C. When I increased it to 4.1GHZ at 1.38125V, the underload reached 71°C and the CPU temperature rose to 1320 compared to 1274 at 4GHZ.

1.38v works well. Aim for under 1.4 and it's okay. Maintain load temperatures around 70 and you'll be good. The 4.1GHz OC looks promising—you definitely made it in the silicon lottery this time.

I use a B350F motherboard, Hyper H410 processor, and I’m currently pushing overclocking at 4GHZ with a voltage of 1.375. My average idle temperature is around 35 degrees. I’m curious if this setup is safe in the long term and whether I could go even higher. After running a Cinebench test under maximum load, it didn’t exceed 70 with an average of about 67°C. I increased it to 4.1GHZ at 1.38125V, where the underload reached 71°C and I achieved a CPU utilization of 1320 versus 1274 at 4GHZ. Please check Prime95 small FFT to see how long it can maintain performance before failing...

Mustaeenalmahi :
I’m using a B350F motherboard, Hyper H410 processor, and I’m currently pushing overclock settings to 4GHZ at 1.375V. My average idle temperature is around 35°C. I’m checking if this setup is safe in the long run and whether I can go even higher. A Cinebench test showed that under maximum load it stayed below 70°C, averaging about 67°C. I increased it to 4.1GHZ with 1.38125V, where the peak temperature reached 71°C and the CPU utilization was 1320 versus 1274 at 4GHZ.

Kashimi :
1.38 volts is acceptable. Aim to keep it under 1.4 for stability. Maintain load temperatures near 70°C for best results. You’re doing great with the 4.1GHz overclock—this looks like a solid performance boost. It seems you’ve got a good chance of lasting through the test. Core 51C in socket 56C.

If the reading is 1.4, reduce the OC slightly. Aim for 1.38 when under load.

If the reading is 1.4, I’d reduce the OC slightly and aim to maintain it around 1.38 when under load.
If it’s stable at 1.38 under load, it might mean my LLC is amplifying it too much.
Currently, on high LLC it shows 1.406 briefly but mostly stays near 1.394.
