I was running out of space on my SSD in Windows, so I removed the Linux partition, rebooted the PC, and realized Linux was installed on both the SSD and HDD. The GRUB rescue process began, but it’s still loading. Please assist.

Please note that you must start with a CMD window. Apologies for the oversight. You'll need Windows installation media. Boot from it, then choose "Repair your PC," select Troubleshoot, and open the Command Prompt. Follow the instructions that appear.
