Hello, I recently purchased a budget Dell laptop (Dell Inspiron 3501) and noticed it lacks the distinctive red logo on its display, unlike the older 5567 Inspiron model. I’m seeking suggestions from others on how to replicate that Dell logo using similar materials.

I’m planning to create a rubberized, soft gel-like material that matches the red color. Any recommendations on available products to use for this purpose would be appreciated. I considered using oil paint and a brush, but it wouldn’t give the desired soft, shiny red finish. Additionally, oil paint is considered toxic. I checked local decoration stores, but they didn’t carry any suitable soft gel options.

Thank you for your advice ahead of time.

A few of the filaments used for a 3D printer have a rubbery or flexible texture.
