You might find BIOS options for adjusting RAM timing or voltage. It’s possible your Z370 doesn’t have settings specifically for XMP speed selection.

Turn on XMP support. Below, adjust the DRAM frequency setting to 3200MHz and confirm XMP is active. Done! Happy configuring!

I don’t recognize that choice. What I see are “system memory multiplier,” “ref clock,” “gear mode,” and “advanced memory settings.”
