It varies based on your goals. For CPUs, Aida64 is an option; for graphics, you have choices like Unigine Valley, Unigine Haven, Cinebench, and 3Dmark.

As noted, benchmarks function consistently regardless of stock or heavily overclocked setups. For storage: Crystaldisk is recommended. For graphics: 3DMark or Unigine are popular choices. CPU options include AIDA64 and Cinebench. F@Hbench also performs well.
