Have you checked if cloning the drive is possible? Probably yes, though I haven't tested it myself—I believe technically cloning software won't depend on your Windows version or any other factors. I’d suggest giving it a shot (Macrium is a good option since it’s the only clone tool I’ve used, but there are many alternatives too).
