I recently added 8gb (2x4gb) RAM to my Inspiron 15 N5030...it's working well, but the latency remains at 6docks. The chips seem fine. How can I make them output 9 docks?

I just added 8gb (2x4gb) ram to my Inspiron 15 n5030... it's working well but the latency is still 6docks. The chips seem fine, but I'm not sure how to make them output 9 docks. If it's running smoothly at CL6, I think it's okay as it's faster now with better latencies. Most BIOS settings on pre-built machines like Dell and Lenovo are fixed, so you can't change them.
