Hello, you can adjust the refresh rate in the Nvidia Control Panel for your RTX2080Ti. If you run 4K games on a setup with multiple monitors each having different refresh rates, input delays and response times will affect the gaming experience. The displays' refresh rates won't necessarily all drop to 60Hz, and using a 4K display of the same size may not be ideal.

You can adjust the refresh rate in Windows's display settings. (then simply copy what you set there into those games)
Check out the options and see how you can control any displays connected to your PC.
According to my understanding, each display can be configured to any compatible resolution and refresh rate it supports.
