Hello sir, can you assist me? My laptop is overheating and I can't fix it this week since I need it for a school project. I'm considering undervolting the CPU using AMD Overdrive to reduce heat. How much CPU VID can I get?

In the initial image it seems the CPU fan isn't operating.

As mentioned earlier, it seems your CPU fan isn't functioning properly. No undervolting will solve the issue since a non-working fan won't cool the CPU. Dust might have accumulated and blocked the fan, preventing it from turning or causing the CPU to fail. It's best to replace the fan. Your GPU is also running very hot in that screenshot. I recommend avoiding this computer until the fan is fixed, as high temperatures could lead to damage over time.
