how much M.Volt can i do to GTX 750 ti

I understand that each graphics card has its own stable OC configuration, and my model runs at +190 core clock and +560 memory clock. If I want to boost the GPU performance by increasing the voltage, should I lower the core and memory clocks first, or can I increase the voltage more after adjusting the clocks?
