I prefer a modest boost rather than extreme overclocking, just enough to enhance performance. What is the safe limit before experiencing a blue screen or overheating?

Almost all CPUs can achieve 4.4 to 4.5 GHz, but this varies by model. For stability checks, use RoG Real Bench and monitor with HWiNFO64 for voltage and temperatures. Keep the voltage near 1.25, possibly lowering to 1.275 if core temps reach high in the mid-70s.

What motherboard are you using?
Each CPU behaves differently; some require a significant voltage just to achieve 4.3ghz, while others can reach 4.6ghz at the default setting. I recommend targeting 4.3ghz and checking if it meets your needs with the stock voltage.
