HWiNFO displays the IF clock (FCLK) and memory controller clock (UCLK), though it doesn't show their ratio. They should generally match.

FCLKs should remain at 1900 or below when RAM speeds reach 3800 or higher. AMD has encountered problems with speeds over 2000 and stability concerns. I believe the issue was fixed for the 7000 series, though I'm not entirely certain and haven't checked.

Currently I'm allowing the laptop to configure everything. The fake BIOS you start into includes all those settings, but I actually understand what I'm doing—overclocking the RAM.
I just adjusted it to 1600mt and left everything else on Auto. I think the laptop is handling it well and the RAM is performing nicely.
