I purchased the Legion 7 6th gen last November. There have been numerous instances where I'd leave it plugged in for extended periods while a high-performance game ran in the background. Fans would be excited with minimal airflow, and temperatures often reached the 90s Celsius range because I left the laptop on my bedsheets. This makes me question the extent of the damage I've caused so far. My OCD urges me to sell it, as I feel it is now "tainted."

Unless you're pointing out a particular problem or throttling (for example), it seems you haven't caused any damage.
It likely increased dust accumulation because it was always running, and in severe situations this could lead to thermal paste drying out or cracking. Laptops are generally built to operate slightly warmer, which is managed by lower power settings and similar design considerations.
