How much can I overclock cheap RAM?
I'm setting up a budget gaming PC and intend to install the Ryzen 3 1200. I've learned that Ryzen performs better with higher RAM speeds. Given my limited budget, I chose the cheapest 8GB DDR4 stick:

This RAM lacks a heatsink, but I still wanted to try overclocking. Could I push this RAM up to 2997MHz or even 3200MHz? Additionally, the case I'm selecting is the Rosewill XBM-01, which includes two fans, and the graphics card I'll be using is a GTX 1050 with two fans.
The RAM isn't reaching nearly 3200 Mhz. At least we should have 2400 Mhz. Don't think I'm trying to be negative, just let me know if you want a response. That rated at 2133 will likely end up being the weakest in these chips. Also, with only one stick, you're losing dual channel bandwidth too. For $15 more you could get a dual channel 2400 Mhz unit.

Good luck!
How far can you push it before it stops functioning? Then reduce it slightly.
