Received a message prompting an update for W10, so I restarted and proceeded with the update. I've been stuck on the initial boot screen for more than an hour now. Given how long this has been, should I be worried? This communication came from my phone, which might make the note a bit messy.

Is there a change? The display seems off. What notification appears? Might be the 2004 version, which runs slowly.
