This could be a simple question, but does it continue forever? Do you have to change the water? Also, is it completely safe? It wouldn't leak water, right? (I'm using Cooler Master)

The liquid inside a closed loop cooler should last as long as the computer does. However, the pump or fans might not. Occasionally, people accidentally puncture the radiator while installing and cause gradual leaks. The tubing can also become damaged. Generally, they continue operating until the pump fails.

If it's an AIO cooler, you should never need to change the water. Doing so will cancel any warranty and could cause leaks that harm other parts.
