Hey everyone - I just wrapped up this build and ran some tests to check stability, heat, sound quality, and I need to wipe the PC clean. Do you think the built-in Windows "remove everything" feature actually deletes all data from the SSD permanently, or does it just leave the space empty so it could be recovered? Should I go with DBAN or another third-party tool for a more thorough erase?

You can choose either option. For my preference, I’d create a Windows 10 installation media and perform a fresh setup, erasing the entire drive.

DBAN isn't suitable for SSDs, though the motherboard could offer a built-in secure erase function and the SSD maker might provide its own method.

DBAN functions effectively with SSDs. I've tested it on an 850 EVO, an MX300, and a Kingston SSD. The "quick" mode operates just like with traditional hard drives.

Windows Restart Function. It functions properly and restores the system. I experienced a boot issue after an incomplete shutdown and had Windows reset. Even so, I retained my Enterprise Upgrade.
