I'm feeling drained. I started strong at silver three, but things took a turn for the worse, dropping to silver two. Despite that, I've kept improving and now I'm consistently winning, though I just lost recently. Got any idea what's going on? Thanks!

Keeping up wins and watching your rank improve is key. I think it's connected to your performance in the game too. (After 800 hours you'd expect to understand)

In reality, no one is aware of it, and it hinges on various elements like top players and your opponent's ranking. It still feels quite unpredictable to me. I had a Silver 1 account, played with a friend against MG, but after a winning streak of 7-8 games, I didn't receive an upgrade.

It relies on the ELO rating framework, allowing you to be rated even after a loss if your performance was weak.

To climb high, you must excel in the game quickly.
