How to force AnyDesk image freezes on a client's PC? System admins often use this method. I currently use the Anydesk free version, but after enabling the Privacy mode it was turned off.

privacy mode is accessible only when you purchase anydesk. when privacy mode is active, the client's screen becomes black and all input methods remain functional (mouse/keyboard).

I understand the approach, but there exists a newer technique that can capture a frozen snapshot of the client PC image. This way, the client remains unaware of our actions, and I aim to locate that method. I've previously tried using privacy mode, which causes the screen to appear black.

I saw this new feature on a different platform. I don't believe AnyDesk offers it.

I contacted the technical support person who visited my PC and a desk. He requested full permission for any desk and froze my PC, making it impossible to see what he was doing. I tried to locate that option, and if privacy mode is enabled, it should cause a black screen.

maybe he increased the screen size to two monitors but couldn't see the second one since you only have one, and it seems like a tech support should not be handling this. Look for malware and trojans to confirm nothing was changed in a harmful way. Check if anything was copied from your files, especially if you're not familiar with that tech expert.

Yeah, I have just one screen but his work is on a second one, so I need to check it.

Did the individual visit your PC in person or access it remotely from another place?

Your goal is to connect to other distant computers without letting the end user see your activities? Or do you want yourself to monitor what happens on your machine, or someone else to observe it remotely? Does this apply to a personal setup or a work-related system? You need clearer insight into the environment and requirements, especially regarding privacy.
