To set up Windows, you obtain the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's site and place it on a USB drive. Insert the USB into your computer and start it. Select the desired installation drive and begin the setup process. Once in Windows, acquire the motherboard and GPU drivers, then install them. Restart your PC and boot from BIOS. Activate XMP/DPOC settings, perform a stress test overnight, and finally run benchmarks to verify proper functionality.
