Hey there,
I’d suggest two adjustments. The 14400f is a strong gamer chip. Going up to a 14600k will give you plenty of room in CPU processing capacity. Also, a 2 x 16gb setup works best, with at least 32gb. Many games now require over 16gb, so a minimum of 32gb would be ideal for more resources for gaming or streaming.

The I5-14400F is a solid chip, but you'll pay an extra $25 for the non-F version.
If you encounter any graphics card problems, you'll be relieved you checked.
The I5-14400 is a 65w model with a decent built-in cooler.
Avoid spending $100 on an AIO cooler unless you really need it.
On Newegg, the I5-14500 is just $5 more.

Just a brief remark on the CPU. Ideally I would choose the 13600K, but given the current prices it seems more sensible to opt for a 12700K. The 13600K offers some benefits, though they are negligible compared to the price gap.
The 14400 model is a bit... well. It’s acceptable. The CPU itself is adequate; the real issue is the cost. I feel like it might be an error.
Same applies when considering any AIO with a mid-range CPU.
To sum up, I didn’t manage to reach two grand for that setup. That amount is way beyond what you’d expect for a 4070 build even with a monitor.
Anyway, I made some adjustments, kept certain choices, and here’s my recommendation:
The sole reason I chose the Gigabyte GPU was its three fans, which usually run quieter since they don’t strain as much.
Also, Asus GPUs often come overclocked. Keep that in mind.

You could also consider the amds 7900gre for its GPU performance. If budget is a concern, older models like the 12600k or kf might be worth looking into. The 12600kf is around $160, though it’s similar to the 14400.
Check if there are microcenter options nearby—they often offer packages including a 12600kf CPU, z690 board, and 16GB RAM for about $250. They also have deals on a 12700k for $329.
They’ve also been running promotions on the 7800x3d, 32GB boards for $500, and possibly similar offers for the 7700x at $400.

For these RTX 40XX graphics, an ATX 3.0 PSU is suitable. A 750W unit will suffice for the setup. Some budget options include a five-pipe CPU cooler that also handles RGB RAM.

PCPartPicker has compiled a selection:
CPU Cooler – Deepcool AG500 BK ARGB
Power Supply – MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W
Total cost around $133.76 after fees and discounts

All prices contain shipping and tax details.

My personal impression of the budget looks promising, especially with the remaining funds for a monitor you desire. The components are decent overall, though considering the expenses involved, it doesn’t seem particularly worthwhile.

They can be swapped depending on the performance they offer and the features available.

Another thought, exploring a more powerful GPU option beyond the AMD configuration.
