How do you boot and install windows 10?

Begin again, it will automatically load to the disc and continue from there. After entering Windows, place the driver disc on the motherboard and install the necessary drivers.

Verify ODD is the first boot device. Restart and proceed to black screen, prompting you to press any key. *Tadaa* you're in the Win10 installer.

Insert the USB stick into a SATA port of your SSD or HDD and it will handle everything for you

In Windows, simply place the motherboard driver disc and install the drivers there...avoid this method.

I’d prefer to install the Lan drivers first to enable internet access, unless Windows does it automatically—which I turn off. No Windows, no problem. Once you update the Lan drivers, you can also get other updated drivers from the motherboard manufacturer’s site.

Generally, Windows 10 includes about 90% of LAN drivers based on what I’ve discovered, though you should install the latest ones available online.
