I've experienced a persistent problem that’s been difficult to diagnose. While playing games, my computer frequently shuts down and restarts abruptly, resembling a sudden power disruption—as if someone had physically unplugged it. There are no error messages displayed, and the event viewer doesn’t record any relevant logs. Initially, I suspected a power supply problem, and after trying two new PSUs, the issue continued. The restarts occur unpredictably, regardless of the game being played or whether the system is idle.

The components I’ve recently swapped out are all brand-new: my graphics card, power supply, motherboard, cables, solid state drive, and two memory modules. I’ve also attempted the following:

* Stress testing with OCCT and Furmark, both without crashing, despite varying power supply settings.
* A complete system reset, including a fresh Windows installation—repeated twice.
* Testing with a single monitor to isolate potential display issues.

Interestingly, I’ve found that reducing the restart frequency by limiting my frame rate to my monitor’s refresh rate does reduce the occurrences, though it still happens approximately once every hour or two. The problem isn’t dependent on game intensity; I've encountered restarts during both FFXIV at medium settings and RDR2 at maximum settings. However, benchmarks run without any issues.

I'm reaching a point where I’m hesitant to replace further hardware, and my budget is dwindling. Do you have any suggestions before I continue spending money on potentially useless components?

What is the complete hardware specification, including manufacturer and product name of your power supply unit?

An apology – I neglected to include specifications, and I’ve now updated the post. It's a Corsair 750W CXM model.
