You're asking about app images and whether they're available in Void Linux repositories. If an app isn't listed there, you'll need to build it yourself from source. The guide provides steps for this process on Void Linux.

Might relate to AppImage, similar to Flatpak. You can find it at https://appimage.github.io/. Keep in mind, though, AppImages generally won't function properly with musl-based setups.
