do you need to disconnect your wired mouse or keyboard before installing the wireless version? i have a logitech wireless and downloaded and installed the software, but it didn’t work. i assumed the wireless was pnp. i tried using the wired mouse while still connected, but that caused issues. i don’t have any instructions from logitech, and my dell inspiron w11 is the same. i’m not sure how to proceed.

Model for the Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse? If the accessories include a dongle, it should work seamlessly—just connect the USB device and the operating system will recognize it. Model for your Dell Inspiron?

Logitech MK345. I was trying the dongle that came with the kbd. I just saw something about waiting for the kbd and dongle to sync?

Are the verified batteries correctly placed?
Does the switch turn on as expected?
It seems like everything should work without any issues.

The device didn't function properly. I switched to using the wireless keyboard and mouse.
