How do I overclock my CPU?
Some Gigaybte lower-tier B450 boards only support Offset mode for Core Voltage. Even the more affordable B450 Aorus Elite or Pro models had this simplified BIOS. If this is true for the B450M H, you'll need to determine the base Core Voltage and use it as a reference. Also, keep CPU-Z or HWinfo open while running to check the actual Core Voltage being applied.
That sounds frustrating. It seems like you're having to guess the voltage instead of using precise settings.
I'm concerned about this. Check the BIOS settings; they should match what you see. Gigabyte isn't unique in this, as does MSi and AsRock too.
It's not the same as simply adjusting the voltage; you need Ryzen Master to work properly. Its approach depends on the CPU's built-in sensors, whereas other BIOS voltage settings only react to changes without active control.
