How do I make my RAM run faster?

Hello! I'm trying to make my RAM run faster on an Asus Motherboard. My system has an Intel Core i9 10900K with 64GB of RAM (3600MHz sticks) from G-Skill Trident. I tried turning on XMP, but it's making things slower and causing error codes that shut down the computer. So someone could please help me set this up correctly? Thanks!

Do you need to know what my PC looks like? Are there four 16GB sticks of memory, or two big 32GB ones? Also, does this RAM match what the motherboard accepts?

Ok that sounds good, so it is on the QVL list which means it should work fine without problems. When I ran XMP did it automatically change to 3600MHz? To test this try running at 3200MHz and check if errors still happen.

When I opened the XMP settings, it started at 3600. But if I picked a lower memory speed like 3200 MHz, that setting worked fine.
