Your PC is currently stuck on the login screen. To proceed, you can power it on and enter BIOS settings without freezing. Then restart several times until it reports a Windows issue, after which you can boot into safe mode from the desktop. Once there, you’ll have access to a clean installation of Windows 10 using your USB drive.

The USB installer likely offers a feature to erase drives during setup. You can simply switch your BIOS settings to prioritize booting from USB before connecting any storage devices, or use the on-screen button to select USB as the boot option.

The section mentions boot priority. Inserting the USB before placing the PC on could affect the order, but it might still work depending on the system settings.

A factory reset is available as a way to restore the device to its original settings.

You might have a driver issue that’s making the PC freeze or prevent USB devices from working. The mouse indicator stays lit. If you manage to start in Safe Mode, installing software from media should work fine.
