My laptop, when locked, plugged in, and with/without load, will sometimes begin to overheat with fans going insane as well as a dark, unresponsive screen. This hasn't seemed to happen to me while I'm actually using the laptop, when it's plugged into a thunderbolt 3 dock. To attempt to troubleshoot this, I went into the event scheduler and tried to look at critical errors, but the only thing I've found was "device shut unexpectedly- not enough power" which seems incorrect. Right before, it appears that something happens with filterManager. However, I'm not entirely sure how to diagnose this issue. Any tips (or methods to troubleshoot) would be highly appreciated. Dell xps 13 9350 i7-6560u 16 GB, 512 ssd 4k touch monitor display
