I also have an M.2 NVMe SSD installed in my laptop, and I’m unsure whether it uses a SATA3 or a faster port. There’s no clear information online about this. Do you know any tool that can identify the type of connection I have so I can choose the right storage upgrade?

The additional port connects via Sata 3.
