Hello! I recently won a Lenovo Ideapad 330 with an i3 7020u processor. I was aiming to boost its performance since it has 4GB RAM already. I upgraded it by purchasing a single 4GB RAM stick to enable dual-channel, which now provides 2x4 GB at 2133MHz. Additionally, I replaced the original HDD with an SSD.

Now, how can I further enhance the CPU performance? Is there a method to overclock it or something similar? I checked the BIOS and found no option to adjust the multiplier. Also, I changed the thermal paste to a good aftermarket product. I’m planning to run light games like Wow Classic or League of Legends. Although I expect the improvement won’t be huge, it already performs reasonably well for these tasks, and I wanted to get a bit more out of it.

Sorry, you cannot purchase the new laptop, as it cannot be replaced, it is soldered onto a board.

In short, yes, I've optimized every possible method to boost its performance.
