I wouldn't use Windows 7 on a public computer. It's outdated and lacks necessary security updates.

Win 11:
The CPU isn't listed near the bottom of the supported options.
There might be ways around it, but Microsoft usually prevents that.
Win 10:
It will stop working with any Microsoft support within 13 months, in October 2025.

This means for the upcoming 13 months, choosing Win 10 will be much more advantageous compared to running it on Windows 7.
