How can I connect my QNix adapter to Windows 11?
I created this Win11 To Go USB with Rufus. You can make a faster bootable USB yourself using the official Windows Media Creation Tool instead. For your specific laptop, please make sure there are no pending BIOS upgrades needed first.
Hey, thanks for getting back to me, even if you don't get my point yet. I'm trying to make a portable OS that runs on USB stick, but no installation USB works either. Maybe it used to be this way before, but Windows To Go isn't officially supported anymore. My laptop is all good right now; only when using Windows 11 To Go does the network adapter stop working. Any suggestions?
If your laptops have different network adapters, that's probably why this happened. Even if they are the same model and have the same adapter, you still need to make sure both are set up exactly the same way. If one work laptop connects only to a workplace network, you can't connect from home. I get why you want Windows on your work laptop but not at home. If it's just for installing stuff, why not use a USB stick or copy files straight from the internal hard drive?
