I resolved the issue by adjusting the power plan settings—switching from my AMD Ryzen Balanced plan to a different plan. Wait a moment, then confirm with OK. Restore the original plan and confirm again. This change has prevented the problem since then. I believe this solution works across Ryzen as well, based on what others have shared in forums for years. Another approach mentioned is turning off fast startup and testing the results.

Consider updating the latest chipset drivers, especially if your system uses AMD. A new driver package was made available on the 25th.
