I purchased a new Lenovo laptop and have two unresolved problems:
1. When unused, it automatically puts itself to sleep.
2. After shutting it down from the start menu, I believe it hasn't truly shut down because the battery drains even after a few days, and when I turn it back on, the battery level appears nearly empty despite no use since the last operation.
Although I adjusted the power options to set "go to sleep" to "never," the issue persists.

What model of your Lenovo laptop do you have? Which operating system are you using? You may need to reinstall the OS if you accidentally pressed the shutdown button from the power menu.

If you're using Windows, this might be the issue:

Here's how to fully shut down a Windows PC and make sure it refreshes properly on startup.

In the past, I've struggled with this issue too, until I found out that it was because my computer had fast start-up enabled.
