I previously played this game and wanted to check if performance had improved. I ran it with an i5 3570K and 970 SLI, but the CPU was consistently at 80-90% usage while the GPU ran at 30-40%. It's running smoothly at 60 FPS or higher in Paris, but not at that low frame rate with this setup. All settings are set to maximum in both dx11 and dx12 at 1080P, using no more than 3.5 gigabytes.

There appears to be an issue. I recall improved results at 1440p using 970 SLI. I need to take some measurements.

Imagine a game where you rely on a massive powerhouse to handle 4K visuals smoothly without sacrificing performance.

He knew it all along, yet the quality looks really poor for this 970 sli. That’s odd if they ever tried to fix it. Hopefully they’ll actually improve the game’s performance.

Since individuals enjoy my performance on the console, it works smoothly.

It's inefficient since it wasn't improved.

It might be a performance issue affecting certain parts of the game. The CPU isn’t always at full speed, especially in busy areas. While frame rate jumps with higher settings, I rarely hit 60 fps and often experience stuttering. Even at lower settings, the game feels quite choppy, using nearly 4 GB of VRAM. That’s unusual.

Try Hitman Absolution, it performs significantly better.

Noticing the CPU averages 80-90% usage, I’m open to thinking it’s a bottleneck instead of just suboptimal optimization. Still, since it’s designed for consoles, that might be the case too.
